The latest data from the firm Tinsa reveals that the average value per square meter in Medellín has reached $4,566,000, representing an annual increase of 10.3%. This growth positions the capital of Antioquia as one of the cities with the highest rates of value appreciation among the country's major cities. In contrast, other capitals such as Bogotá have seen a more moderate increase of 5.7%, although they still have the highest price per square meter in the country, with an average of $5,028,000. Cali and Barranquilla are below this, with average values of $2,906,000 and $3,158,000, respectively.
