In 2013, the idea was born to provide the residents of Eastern Antioquia with a space that integrated comprehensive healthcare services in one location. After identifying the region’s rapid growth and specific needs, we conducted extensive market research alongside medical professionals with deep knowledge of the sector.

During the project’s development, we identified that Sura had specific needs regarding patient care spaces for its members. Through this alliance, those needs could be met, leading us to negotiate not only with Comfama, but also with other key healthcare organizations such as Neuromédica, Dejando Huella Fertilidad, Colombiana de Trasplantes, among others.

This project became a reality thanks to our strategic partners Arquitectura y Concreto and M + Group. City Médica spans more than 11,000 m² and consists of two five-story towers, featuring medical offices of 31.57 m², a food terrace, meeting rooms, parking facilities, and retail spaces.
